J. MORATO, SERVICIOS INMOBILIARIOS, began its activities in 1972, being the first Real Estate Agency to be established in Calpe under the direction of a collegiate A.P.I. (Real Estate Agent).

Two fundamental rules are already established from the outset:

Certainly, we cover a small portion of COSTA BLANCA (Alicante), comprising Altea, Benissa, Moraira and especially Calpe, waiving the expansion and opening of offices in other locations, in exchange for knowing in detail our area and offering the most efficient customer service.
